A relaxing city-center spot that a lot of people might not know about yet… In the Ari neighborhood, I stopped by to check in at SureStay by Best Western Iconic Ari-Jatujak, a hotel with a warm, cozy atmosphere set between the buzz of Ari and Chatuchak.
Getting around is super convenient: it’s close to BTS Saphan Khwai and MRT Kamphaeng Phet.
Rooms
The rooms come in a range of sizes, all just right. The beds are soft and you’ll drift off in no time, and everything has that fresh, clean scent of the standard Best Western hotels I know well. They’re fully equipped too, with a Smart TV, a coffee maker, a work desk and a bathroom nicely separated into wet and dry zones.
Design
The hotel’s design is modern but still warm, with a slight Japanese-minimalist touch. It’s perfect for anyone who loves taking photos. There are so many pretty corners!
Riccohaus café
Inside the hotel there’s also Riccohaus, a café serving specialty coffee that’s really good. They have light meals with bold, rich flavors too. I recommend the dry khao soi (khao soi haeng), it’s absolutely amazing.
Facilities
There’s a fitness center, a nicely sized outdoor pool and parking, so it’s convenient if you’re driving. Or you can easily grab a Grab and go café-hopping around Ari.
