If you’re heading out to the Chaeng Watthana area and want a nice, comfortable place to stay that still feels a little bit formal, I recommend Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel. It doesn’t just look good, it’s genuinely comfortable to stay in, the beds are great, and it has everything you need.

These are on the upper floor of the hotel, with good views and fresh air. The gym is fully equipped, great for anyone who still wants to work out while on holiday or on a work trip.

Getting There

The hotel is right on Chaeng Watthana Road, close to Central Chaengwattana and Impact Muang Thong Thani, and only about 70 metres from Pak Kret – Chaeng Watthana 28 station on the Pink Line. There’s plenty of parking, plus a scheduled shuttle service between the hotel and Impact Muang Thong Thani (extra charge applies, so I’d recommend checking with the hotel in advance).

Vivanda Cuisine Restaurant

It’s an all-day dining restaurant with a wide range of European, Asian and fusion dishes. Breakfast is a buffet with loads of choice. Nearby there’s also the Lobby Bar, a quiet spot for working or meeting up, and in the evening there’s a Happy Hour with up to 50% off drinks.

Meeting Rooms

There are a whopping 10 of them, from small rooms for groups of 15 up to a large room that holds up to 1,200 people, suitable for everything from meetings and seminars to big weddings.
